Can I change my order?
Once you've placed an order, you can't change it, but you can amend your contact and delivery details until 1 week before shipment.
Can I cancel my order and have a refund?
Once you've placed an order, you can't cancel it. We have no refund policy.

What if the item's damaged when it arrives?
It's important that you inspect your order on delivery. We want you to be happy of your purchase.
Our quality team checks your furniture to make sure it's up to the very best standards before we send it to you. But if we've missed something, just let us know within 7 days. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how to return the item.
We'll arrange for you a replacement of the damaged item with a new one of the same design and colour. We will deliver the new one once we have received and inspected the returning damaged item. We will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returning item.
These conditions must be met for the returning item:
- Furniture is with Manufacture Defects that was notified to us.
- Furniture needs to be disassembled and repackaged in the original packaging.
- If the original packaging is of no use, buyer is responsible to package the product well with their own.
- No other damage/tear/markings outside the notified defects.
- No other missing parts (including bolts and screws) outside the notified defects.
What types of damages considered as manufacture defects?
- a crack on the wood (not resulting from misuse or improper care).
- a significant scratch or dent on the product that can’t be retouched
- broken screw/bolts
- fabric tear
- fabric stained
- loose/falling apart fabric
What if I was sent the wrong item?
No worries, just let us know or call/chat with us in WhatApps within 7 days. Our team will review your order and delivery details.
If we indeed sent you the wrong item, we will do return and exchange policy.
